How tall are the figures?

The small figures are standard Imaginext figures which are just under 3 inches tall.

The button on the arm that shoots the dart does not depress and I do not see a slide lever to work the robot's claw arm. What am I missing?

To be honest the arm that shot the missile out only worked for one or two times then stopped. To make the one arm go up and down you push down one of the yellow lights on the robots shoulders
