We bought the 43”with trim to replace a wood insert that we weren’t using. It works beautifully. The sound isn’t realistic but we had another brand and the sound wasn’t good there either so we weren’t expecting the sound to be good. It fits perfectly and looks great! We have gotten several compliments already!

Great realistic flame effect and awesome features. Remote quality could be better. The flame crackle sound is like all other reviews sounds like when you crumple foil. Does have a heater but we do not use it as it would only be sufficient for a small room. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because of a knocking sound that ours does. But let me tell you the overall design and quality is awesome it looks great on out DIY fireplace just what we were looking for.

Very nice product for the price. Easy to set up, basically took it out of the box and put it into the opening in my old fireplace. Easy to use with either the remote of the control panel on the top. The sound feature, of the crackling fire, isn't the most realistic that I've ever heard, and there is no way to turn the sound up or down, but it can be turned off and I'm good with that. It seems well built and looks good.

Very nice unit. Looks really nice in our house. Puts out a good amount of heat. Had it professionally installed because we had a new enclosure built.

This electric fireplace was a perfect fit for the framing my broken electric fireplace left. This electric fireplace insert came right out of the box all set up. All I had to do was plug it in and slide the insert in. The issue I had was the power cord comes out from the right side of the unit and not from the back. My opening was so tight that I had to drill a hole for the power cord to go through on the right side of my framing to get this to fit. There was no other way to rotate it in. I would prefer they had put the cord in the back so it didn’t interfere with the sides. Also the sound of the fire sounds like static from a radio like others have mentioned. Maybe if I’m really tired it may sound better but for now I leave it off. The color of the lighting is very nice and I like having the multiple options. It seems to put out pretty good heat so when I have a chilly day in the future that will be nice. The logs don’t look that realistic but I still think overall the fireplace is not cheesy looking and adds a nice ambiance to my room.

I decided to get an electric insert put in my wood burning fireplace since I no longer use it. I like how it turned out. It looks good and works well. The heat works fine. I dont like the crackling sound, so I won't be using it. I like the variation of colors. Installation was easy and quick. I liked how it turned out.

The unit itself looks nice and it works just fine. However it doesn't look as nice as the photos show or nearly as realistic. I like the levels of flame and heat just fine, but you only have the option for 1 level of sound. The sound doesn't sound like a fire at all and it's way too loud. I think I would like it a bit better if you could lower the sound, but I will just have to refrain from ever using it. If I hadn't waited so long to install it, I would have returned for another unit honestly.

Looks nice heat not strong . Speaker isn't the greatest. But dose the trick .

Love this fireplace, it slid right into the exact opening. It has an excellent range of heat, all the different light scenes are very pleasant, it is highly recommended.

Works amazing and looks realistic. I am not giving it a 5 star because the sound has no volume so it’s just one level, cannot turn it down. And also a little pricey for what it is but otherwise love it!

I love it, it looks pretty cool, the band for the heater is very quiet, very nice, the only thing is the sound system could use better speakers, but I'm sure they will improve on it.
