I now am never without a packet or two. Dehydration can occur anytime, and these electrolyte and vitamin powder packets are great to manage it. I prefer this flavor, but they also have citrus and other flavors. I have now beat jet lag and migraine when travelling with these (I bring one per day in case I need it). They aso have sugar-free.
