I can’t believe the difference this pillow has made! I’ve struggled with neck and shoulder stiffness for years, and after just a few nights on the DONAMA cervical pillow, I noticed a huge improvement. The ergonomic contour design supports my head and neck perfectly, no matter if I’m sleeping on my back or side. The memory foam feels high-quality — it’s firm enough to provide support but still soft and comfortable. I also love that it comes with a breathable, washable pillowcase, which keeps it cool through the night. It did take me a night or two to adjust from my old pillow, but now I can’t imagine sleeping without it. I wake up feeling rested, aligned, and pain-free. If you’re dealing with neck pain or just want a better night’s sleep, this pillow is absolutely worth it!

However, I am sleeping better, with less cervical pain. While I'm not pain free, I have hope that the help this pillow provides will continue to help. I did purchase it based on other positive reviews. It is more expensive than most, but I'm satisfied it is worth the coin. I am puzzled by the "with pillow cover" in the description. While this may be technically true, I put it inside a pillow cover that matches the other used by my partner. It would be silly to use it, otherwise.

O produto veio bem embalado, entregue antes do previsto. Pude acompanhar com o rastreio sem problemas. Quanto ao produto em si achei maravilhoso, cumpre o que promete. Descansa bastante a cervical, passei a ter noites de sono com qualidade. Agora deito e acordo pela manhã, antes acordava várias vezes ao longo da noite!! Estou aproveitando muito ele.

I have found that this pillow has helped to reduce the neck and shoulder pains I experience; they have been significantly better since I started using it (I have had it for about a month now). Though I did find it took a little while to get used to (in fact, I am still getting used to it). In particular, the top section, which is a curvy shape used when sleeping on your side, could be wider - the parts used for sleeping on your back and on your side are a bit squished together. I have found that it is very comfortable for sleeping on your back, but not quite so much for sleeping on your side (which I prefer). I think it would also be good if there was an option to purchase a fitted pillow protector and additional pillowcases. Overall, though, I have found it to reduce the pains I have been experiencing in my neck and shoulders.

I like the pillow not sure if it will help with the neck pain, a bit too soft but in general a nice pillow!
