Excellent appareil photo, très facile à installer. Il fonctionne parfaitement, on ne peut pas demander mieux. Cependant, l'application utilisée pour se connecter à l'appareil photo est peut-être un peu défectueuse : j'ai dû redémarrer mon téléphone un jour et changer la carte mémoire de l'appareil photo séparément. J'ai ensuite dû rétablir complètement la connexion à l'appareil photo. Sinon, c'est parfait.

2 Stars for terrible customer service. Let me explain the 2 Stars first before I get into what is great about the camera: I purchased two Fitcamx systems for my Tacoma truck and Lexus RX350L Everything worked except one of the SD cards is bad out of the box. Won’t format, read, etc. no matter what we try to do. My desktop or laptop won’t even recognize it. It is simply bad. Used one of my own SD cards and everything works great. I contacted Fitcamx support to ask them to replace the card and explained all the troubleshooting we did. Their response, “use a tool to push it in further into the slot”. REALLY? A better solution by Fitcamx would have been, no problem, sending you a replacement card. Come on Fitcamx, it is an $11 item. Now the good…..Easy to install the camera and setup the app. I probably spent around 20 minute’s tops and did both vehicles. The finished look is OEM and looked like it came direct from manufacture install. The Fitcamx app allows me to easily flip back and forth between vehicles (depending on which one I’m driving). Many easy to follow videos created for YouTube to match your vehicle installation to make it even easier. The camera videos are clear (night or day). I opted for front recording only but they do offer front and rear (but you much purchase it that way, you can’t add a rear camera at a later time). If it wasn’t for the issue with their customer service and poor response, I would gladly give Fitcamx a 5 Star review. A company that stands behind what they sell is extremely important to the consumers.

Install was easy but did feel like I was working blind, hoping I didn’t break anything. Now that I know what to expect, I could I stall in 2 minutes…. Its that simple. It fits the 2016 Lexus RX350 fSport perfectly. Once installed, the device connected to my phone without issue. App is intuitive, video quality is vg. I’ll add to this review after I use the device for a few weeks. Fast Forward. Discovered my camera wasn’t recording for over two months. Couldn’t reconnect seems like the network stopped broadcasting. I reached out to FITCAMX support. The answered promptly but…. I sensed the support agents were clueless, possible AI agents. Eventually got a new firmware file which corrected the issue. Now I’ve lost confidence that this device we be online if I ever need it.
