I’m extremely impressed with this grill! The cooking area is huge — perfect for hosting medium to large gatherings. It easily handles a full summer BBQ party without anyone waiting too long for food. One of my favorite features is the dual charcoal trays, which allow you to adjust each side’s charcoal height independently. This design makes heat control super convenient and helps prevent overcooking or burning. The full-size ash tray at the bottom is another big plus. Cleaning up after grilling is quick and effortless. Setup was also surprisingly easy. The manual includes a QR code for an installation video, and following it along with the written instructions made the assembly process smooth and straightforward. Good quality, multiple options, and very safe for operating with. Although it did take me a while to assemble the components, in the meantime, the assembly helps to get familiar with the functions of the system. And it’s very easy and convenient to control the temperature, the space is also very good for a family grilling dinner. I always insist charcoal grill is better than gas grill because of the smoke taste is the real BBQ. This charcoal grill proves that. It works out of expectations. A standout feature is the dual charcoal trays. Their height can be adjustable separately, which is really practical.to create different heat zones easily—searing steaks on high heat on one side while keeping veggies warm on the other. Cleaning is usually a chore with charcoal grills, but not with this one. The full-sized ash pan at the bottom.is a game-changer. It catches all the ashes and makes disposal mess-free and convenient. The assembly was straightforward. I spent around 1 hour. I loved that there was a QR code for a detailed installation video. Scanning it and following along made the process simple and hassle-free. Lastly, I must mention the after-sales service. I had a small question during installation and their response was quick and professional and resolved my issue efficiently.

The installation manual has 30min as the time it takes to assemble. It took 30min to verify all the parts were accounted for and it least 6hrs performing the install. Some alignment issues. A few dented pieces didn't affect assembly just a little disappointing. One screw head was not properly machined and couldn't be fully tightened so I used it on the smoke stack. It looks nice. Better quality than some and less than some others so tine will tell how it holds up. Get the extended warranty to be safe.

Although the delivery was a few days late, when I asked the customer service, the customer service also helped to check the order and contact the UPS! I searched for this charcoal grill on Amazon for a long time before placing an order. I also compared it with other stores before deciding to place an order. My husband took an hour half to get it done by himself. It is very simple to install it according to the detailed steps in the instruction manual. It is a very solid quality, large-capacity grill that can bake many kinds of food at a time to save time! It can be used for family party . After installation, we put the ingredients in place and started to grill. Here I want to say that the structure of the charcoal grill is simple and independent. When grilling, you can easily adjust the firepower by twisting the handle, which I like very much. When you cover the lid, you can clearly see the temperature inside rising on the thermometer. The temperature of the food is clear at a glance. Then it is super easy to clean after grilling. The full-size drawer ashtray is easy to clean. If you are choosing a full-carbon grill, I would recommend it. I will keep it and use it all the time.

Love that charcoal grill, first thing first, for assembling of it, it took around 30 minutes with 2 people to do it, we didn’t have hard time on it, Its extra large cooking areas are good for my 15 people, the dual adjustable trays are amazing, you could use them to control how you want to cook, If you love to grill steak , only up and down functions are worth for 5 stars , cause it needs to set up a two-zone fire! Also, the two front access panels with safety handles that make me easy to adding charcoal on each side! Besides the folding side tables you can more room for setup whatever you want. The wheels of the grill are so important, no matter before or after, I need to to put it back into my outdoor shelter! What makes me rated this for five stars is on the last picture, after few hours charcoal BBQ , there was almost nothing on the ground, i had saving so much time for cleaning! I was using the 22 inches old style charcoal grill that I brought in Home Depot ( costs around a hundred , afterwords cleaning was a problem on it ! ) It’s a really cool charcoal grill and seems a good-quality steel, worth what I paid will update later!
