Makes a really nice seitan
With the addition of spices and nutritional yeast etc, I have found this VWG flour to make a really nice seitan mixture, nice flavour. I find that it does not need lots of kneeding to come together, in fact I find too much kneeding makes seitan too chewy and bouncy for me. Made some lovely fake ribs, patties and some chunks to add to curry. Will be ordering more soon.
