Can’t be used unless it’s clamped to the bench. The only instructions are pictures. Hole for the coolant tube too small had to be reamed out to fit the tube. The box to catch water is a joke. I’ve he’s the machine for over a week and can’t use it until I figure out how to get water to the blade etc without flooding my shop. Unless you’ve got an engineering or mechanical background don’t even bother. I’ve yet to discover whether it will actually do what they claim it will do

The installation instructions are almost non-existent, there are photos to follow but not much else. It is hard to get a good feel as to how to do anything with this unit...it would help if there were application suggestions or even some discussion how best to use this unit. It is not totally useless, just that it will take trial and error to figure what can be done. I know that purchasing additional diamond saw blades will be a must to cut stone, but not sure how keeping it wet for cutting will be accomplished?

Many parts not with machine. Other parts broken. Additional parts that didn't belong at all. Update, I returned the random parts that were sent to me and requested an actual working machine be sent as ordered. Not one word from the company. No replacement offered. No refund offered. Silence. Criminal.

Great customer service. Was issued a new item promptly as the other had not worked correctly. Quickly resolved the problem and the new one works just fine.

This product arrived with adequate directions and I can’t find any information online to put the saw together.

Have yet to get this to work. The electric current it pulls creates issues.

Received as a Christmas gift, missing multiple pieces and now there’s not much I can do about it. Very disheartening
