My Seaweed Serenade: A Personal Voyage for Cognitive Clarity
Allow me to share my personal expedition into the realm of these vitamin supplements, where I sought to enhance my cognitive abilities amidst the rocky seas of age. The supplements arrived with great care, sealed for safety and protected by silica gel packs and cotton wool balls.Upon opening the bottle, I was greeted by the aroma of seaweed and iodine, which well and truly shivered my timbers. The large, daunting tablets presented a challenge, but I too found splitting them in half made them easier to manage. The earthy seaweed taste tested my palate, yet I persevered, driven by the promise of cognitive clarity.Over time, I began to notice a subtle lifting of the fog that once clouded my mind, and my cognitive abilities sharpened. The taste, while dreadful, was a sacrifice I deemed worthwhile for the results I experienced. However, I must admit the caffeine content was probably the cause of my transformation and so I urge you to take all this with a pinch of sea salt. The choice to embark on this cognitive quest, dear friends, is yours but you could probably get more certain results by taking care of your diet, walking long distances listening to Audible, and learning coding or a foreign language.

Great high quality vitamins
I've got a few different types of these focus factor vitamins and generally I think they do work very well for brain fog and maintaining focus. I started using them before I went back to work after maternity leave and I have to say that they did help me start to maintain more focus on a morning when taking them regularly. This extra strength formulation does have the extra boost of caffeine so they're not to be taken before bed obviously.I still think they're pretty expensive but I suppose the active ingredient doses you get in this extra strength formulation especially is pretty high, the tablets are easy to and tasteless and I did feel an effect after about a week of taking them, so you do get what you pay for. Not sure I'd pay this price for them every month though.

Is it mind over matter
I’ve been taken these for a month and I’m not entirely sure if they work or if it’s just my mind more focused thinking these are working. The taste is ok not the nicest but also not the worst they are large but easy to swallow tablets.

Nutrition for the brain
I'm not keen on these pills. For one thing the smell is horrible, another thing is they don't have the usual capsule coating so they are harder to swallow and I honestly don't think I would be able to take the suggested four a day at one time, too unpleasant.. I would have to take them separately at four different intervals during the day, I don't like that idea,They have the right ingredients to help the brain, so I do think they would improve cognitive and mental performance.I found the taste to be absolutely horrible, even the smell is bad.I do like the blue packaging and the fact that they are sealed when you get them. The price seems a bit high at over £34. so I would have to think twice before buying them because if you take four a day that means they would only last 15 days so a month's supply would be over £68 which seems expensive.Thank you for reading this review, I do hope it helped you.

FOCUSfactor Extra Strength
Easy to take tablets that don't have any sort of aftertaste. They offer a good range of dietary supplements.

Way, way too expensive
I ordered these as a Vine item as the brand is pretty good, and I thought they may well be worth a try. The tablets themselves are fine, easy to take and don't have an aftertaste. That's important because the recommended dose is four tablets per day. What that means, though, is that the sixty tablets you get in a bottle will only last fifteen days, meaning these will cost in excess of £70 per month (and two weeks worth of tablets isn't going to make much difference - they're not an instant fix, they need time to build up).As I can't afford to continue taking them, I can't comment on whether they make any difference in the long run, but the ingredients certainly makes it look like they will help at least in keeping you alert. If you're considerably richer than me (to paraphrase Harry Enfield) these are probably worth a try.
