This is by far my favorite eyeliner. I have been ordering this for a year for many reasons but the long-lasting factor is very important to me, it doesn't fade at all unless you want to take it off. The tip is old school flexible applicator but I have many years of experience practicing cat eyeliner. Pros: • Great quality • Affordable price • Last all day without retouching • Matte black • Easy to apply • Not irritating Cons: • it gets dry with daily use for around 2 months. USED TO BE a 5-star liquid eyeliner, was highly pigmented, dried semi matte, and lasted all day with no problems. Now it smudges all day long. I’m disappointed because I thought this would be a re-purchase for years to come, but it seems it was reformulated. Comes in a blue bottle now, instead of a black one with copper font. UPDATE: Good news. STILL the same ol’ awesome stuff! Shake the bottle. Shake the bottle, shake the bottle, and shake it some more. ✌️

I've been a fan of Black Radiance products for a while now, and their Fine Line Liquid Black Eyeliner did not disappoint. The formula glides on smoothly and easily, delivering a sharp and precise line without smudging or fading throughout the day. The fine-tipped applicator is perfect for creating intricate designs or winged looks, and the intense black color complements any eye color and makeup look. I also appreciate that this eyeliner is affordable and accessible for those on a tight budget. The only downside I've noticed is that the formula may dry out quickly if the cap is not tightly secured or stored properly.

So far this is the best eyeliner that I've stumbled upon. The application was easy and gentle. The drying time wasn't too long or too short so it gave the eyeliner time to remove or to be manipulated to my liking. My only complaint is that the bottle is smaller than expected(explains the price a little) and i rly do want to buy again which is great marketing. Its very black and doesn't create shine on my oily skin which I love. The brush is so great for details too. I love this product and it definitely will be my go to eyeliner from now on

Honestly the worst eyeliner I have ever bought in the 15 years I’ve been using it. I needed a cheapie and this was it. I’m used to cheap liquid stuff that looks just like this but this stuff isn’t worth 50c. The brush applicator is like 3 hairs, and totally limp. Your eyelashes will get in the way, and the formula is so goopy sometimes it never dries. I have had to reapply my eyeliner every single time I’ve used this stuff whereas with literally anything f else my eyeliner is perfect in one go. Also this stuff will come off if you even breathe wrong. It’s trash, but cheap stuff at the dollar tree and you’ll be doing yourself a favor over this.

Eh, washes away easy and not very good with water. The amount isn't great either but yk, it works, cheap enough

I love this eye liner especially for the low price. It goes on quickly and does not crack or flake through out the day. I reminds me of the Almay liner before they changed the formula . That liner was great until 2011ish or until they changes the package and design of the liner .now it sucks it's too expensive and bothers my eyes. So I am now in love with this liner and I will be stocking up in case they begin to price gouge on this item too. Please, keep it all the same . I'm sold .
