Excellent for a beginner
I do crossfit and theses are great for gymnastics. I love how thin they are and they protect my hands. I went up a size as l like the extra fabric which is good. The fabric ahs a nice grip and east to move with the bar. Fantastic value

Cheap crap - broken plastic clip
Used a handful of times and the plastic clip that holds the wrist strap in place snapped, rendering it useless. Shame as the leather part is pretty good.

Not the best
Thin material, hands were sore after a work out, not very comfortable, put them in the bin after use, going back to leather gloves. Wouldn't recommend!

Quality of these aren’t bad but you get what you pay for. They don’t really protect my skin & they’re not very grippy either. Will do for now
