I am going use it with the book for study.

Loved the book

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT.

I was a bit disappointed in this book by Dr leaf I bought the book and this workbook to go with it and never even made it halfway through the book. I did not find it helpful at all.

Seems elementary and not an added value.

This is basically what the book consist of. Dr Leaf did not compile this. I had my money refunded.

Expected the workbook to provide activities to learn the technique.

This title says, and I quote: "Workbook: Cleaning Up Your Mental Mess by Dr. Caroline Leaf"It's not by her, nor as far as I can tell, related to her in any way. I can't believe Amazon hasn't removed this for fraud.
