I wish I took before and after pictures! This stuff saved my cracked and bleeding heel! I live in AZ and between the dry weather and walking mostly barefoot and in sandals my heels were getting to wrecked. My one foot was so painful I couldn't walk barefoot. I put on this cream overnight with a pair of cotton socks and by morning there was already so much improvement! Three nights and I'm pain free. Would highly recommend!!!

This is really 4.5 stars instead of five stars, only because the lavender scent is so strong and unpleasantly artificial - but the lotion itself has worked miracles in just a few days on my dry feet. I put it on at night, then put on gel heel socks, and my skin has been getting smoother by the day. I’m about a week in and you can barely tell that my feet were ever rough. I wish it came in a bigger tube because I feel like I’m going to go through this one fairly quick. Worth it so far, though!

This stuff actually works!! My heels looked horrible with cracks even though I use moisturizer every day and exfoliating them regularly. Nothing was working until I used kerasal. I put some on my heels once a week and that is all I need!

Has a faint but pleasant odor. Nice thickness. Worked very quickly on my feet. Been using it for three days and the rough patches in my feet are way better.

Extremely satisfied!!! I had surgery and a cast on for 5 weeks. My skin was sooo dry by the time the cast came off. Just 1 application of this covered by a sock overnight had all that dry skin coming off. It absorbs nicely and doesn’t smell bad, either. Adding the Kerasal foot soak in addition to applying this cream has really solved my dry skin issue. 🙌🏼

Like the product, hate the packaging. The metal tubes are outdated & a total pain. Squeeze a little out, then you can’t stop the product from continuing to ooze out, and you can’t manipulate the tube well enough to keep it dispensing or get anything out when it starts to run out. There’s a lot of wasted product stuck in there that you can’t get to. I’d buy this again if they came up with something other than that annoying metal tube. Unless or until that happens, I’ll try to find something comparable.
