Works great for my infant nephew. The mesh seating material if soft and he appears comfortable in it. Floates great and allows him to enjoy the pool in a hot day. Very easy to use. Provides good shade. It is durable and very safe for an infant, with adult supervision of course.

The baby is only 4 months old. Grammie has a big in-ground swimming pool (40,000 gallons). We wanted to take the baby in the water. This was perfect for her, and she loves the water. This will grow with the baby. Right now as an infant, she lays in the floatie, getting a little wet, getting shaded from the sun and can float with us. As she grows, she will be able to sit up and splash and still float with us. And as she grows, the way she sits in the floatie will be well supported by the design of the floatie. She will be able to dangle her legs by unhooking one hook, while still being supported by the seat and it's hooks and straps. Right now the back rest is for her head. As she grows we can turn her around in the floatie and she will be able to lean over the back rest and still be supported. I was looking for a floatie specifically for an infant who doesn't sit up yet and this fit the bill. It's not terribly big, it was easy to inflate (I used a cordless inflator) and the quality of the vinyl is good. It feels thick and more resistant to something that might pop it. The baby is safely ensconced within the floatie at all times, giving us peace of mind as we float in the pool. It's easy to put her in and take her out of the floatie.

This is a good value for the money. The shade is so nice for the coverage. It is easy to inflate, and dis good quality.

It fit my son very well. Supported my 1 years old son very well. Felt safe with it in use with supervision ofc. Easy to blow up. Float just good.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I’ve used this in the pool and at the lake so far on separate occasions for my 6 month old. It came with a pump which was really nice and unexpected. At first, as any parent would be, I was nervous and very cautious. With any float, I would never take my eyes off a baby in the water. For any reason. She was always right next to me or dad. But with that being said, she loved this. She’s the type of girl that does not want to recline, so I wanted one where she was sitting upright and this was great. The “seat” part is mesh, which seemed to hold her pretty well on its own, but outside of that there is a wide adjustable strap that really held her up great. With the double inflatable rings around it, I felt like she was very well supported and no matter how hard she tried she couldn’t get her face in the water. Even when she laid her head down on the inner inflatable ring. She enjoys playing with the little inflatable toys. They make squeaking sounds so that was fun and they weren’t loud enough to be annoying. Most importantly, aside from the stability of this baby float, the canopy rules. I love that it’s not inflatable. I’ll definitely never get it folded up again the way it came out of the box, my husband and I joked about that upon taking it out, but that doesn’t bother us one bit. The canopy stays up and it’s got mesh in the back and a bit of a reflective top so she was safe from the sun. VERY important since babies under 6 months are not supposed to wear sunscreen. Even though she is barely 6 months now, we did not apply sunscreen and she was safe and shaded. No burns. Overall, this was a great purchase for us. It held air really well, kept her face away from the water, and shaded her perfectly. I definitely recommend this baby float! Our baby is not small but not extremely large for her age. At 6 months she wears 6-9 month size clothes and this float worked perfectly for us. She also can sit up on her own but is a tad wobbly at times and that was no issue with this float. GREAT BUY!!
