Very good vitamin C They strengthen is very good. The size are reasonable. Ease to swallow and not after taste. My energy levels increased with this vitamin. The value for money is a bit high.

I've had this for a little while. I think it's still early days really. To me with this being a new 'item' in my regime, I do like to give it a *good run* (for about 3 months) - I also keep a journal 'check in' and do this about every two weeks to note any new changes (Good or bad!) so far - it's been good! Capsules are of standard size, very easy to swallow and leave no after taste whatsoever. The dose calls for 3 capsules a day. I wish there was one that was more affordable that I could take just 'one' with the milligrams involved. But with this - I feel it's very good quality and their care is outstanding. (They were out of stock, wrote me back very fast to keep me up-to-date - very polite, friendly and helpful) When it came back into stock, I just felt that this out of the others would be my best choice. SO far - it's been really good! (I think about another month maybe - but the good - I've not gotten a cold my husband had! I don't necessarily notice an increase of energy or anything like that, but do feel a greater sense of 'ease' and will probably carry on when this bottle runs out! Re-order!) Thanks to Aava Labs! Motivation zum Kauf war ein allgemeines Unwohlsein. Ich habe mich abgeschlagen und müde Gefühlt. Ich dachte, mehr Vitamin C wäre nicht schlecht und würde mein allgemeines Wohlbefinden verbessern. Natürlich sollte es sein und da regelmäßiges Obst essen nicht so mein Fall ist, bin ich auf das natürliche Vitamin C von AAVALABS gestoßen. Die Inhaltsstoffe haben mir sofort gefallen. Acerola, Hagebutten, Camu-Camu Extrakt und als extra oben drauf auch noch Zitrus-Bioflavonoide. Ich nehme schon seit längerem Zink zu mir und fand es deshalb auch gut, dass es sich um ein reines Vitamin C Produkt handelt. 10 Tage lang habe ich 3 Kapseln genommen und danach auf zwei reduziert, was für mich wohl ausreichend ist. Fühle mich ganz wohl (nehme auch noch Vitamin D3 + K2 Alltrans als Tropfen) und wieder relativ Fit (auch beim Sport). Das natürliche Vitamin C von AAVALABS war eine sehr gute Ergänzung und man hat wirklich das Gefühl, man tut etwas Gutes für seinen Körper (und auch Geist!). Wunder darf und sollte man nicht erwarten, aber das Vitamin C ist auf jeden Fall eine gute Ergänzung zur täglichen Ernährung - zumindest meiner Erfahrung nach!
