Purchased to replace same item after 12 years. Simple to install, go to main unit, menu, teach wireless, then push a button on this remote for 4 seconds. Took two tries, but it worked! Everything is working as it should. Wish it wasn't so expensive.

The remote battery can no longer be charged. This happened one day prior to the return cutoff. I assumed it was the cord, but after trying 2 different replacements, no luck. So far, no help from CS.

We have had this remote for 15 years before it finally died.. We are replacing it with a newer version. I have loved turning on the spa, the pool, and even the lights from in the house. It has worked perfectly for us all these years.
