Perfect little fan for a small area.
Comfort Zone 9-inch Portable Box Fan, has been perfect for my kitchen. Small, quiet, keeps me cool while washing dishes. Fits on my counter without taking up a lot of room.

Used in the hospital
Bought this to use while I was in the hospital for 3 weeks. It put off enough air on high and put out enough sound to cut the deafening silence of the room and drowned out the hallway noise of the hospital

Don't think about it, look for something else
Doesn't work. Blows air but like a 100 year old smoker who is down to one lung. So minimal I thought I was turning it on incorrectly even though it's a 3 option nob. This product just doest works. A hand fan that has 1 inch blades made out of foam works better than this.

Gets the job done
The material of the fan's frame is sort of cheap, but it works well with 3 speeds. It is small but mighty.

Great fan but silent in the first two settings
My beloved bedroom window fan for sleeping died and I was struggling to find something similar-sized. This fan is almost perfect. It has three speed settings, with the last being pretty powerful. I also like the size and square shape as it fits on my window sill well. My only complaint will not be an issue for most, but if you need the sound of a fan to sleep, this one is super quiet. I can't hear anything on the first two settings, having to use the third for that white noise effect.

Barely moves any air on all 3 settings.
This fan is a good size unit and looks fairly well made. But it barely moves any air on all three settings. In fact the "high" setting is weaker than the "low" settings on most similar sized fans I have used in the past. Im very disappointed in myself for buying this fan because I have a very good similar sized fan that I planned on buying a second one to put in my shed but got this one instead because it was $10 cheaper. Looks like I'm going to buy the other one and accept the $15 loss because there's no way this fan is going to cool anyone down.

Small inexpensive helper for PNW summer without AC
I’ve had one of these fans for a couple years for my bedroom - I don’t have AC but it cools down here significantly at night so I just need to get the air circulating in from the windows when it’s cooler (& shut all the windows before it warms up in the day) to keep it relatively comfortable. A hot streak was coming & I decided to add a couple more fans for other sides of the house & I was glad to see I could still get this model. It’s inexpensive, very quiet on the first setting & quiet enough on the others (pleasant white noise, nothing high pitched or rattling). It fits in my narrow windows, the box shape sits well on the sill, it’s lightweight & easy to grab for when I move it twice a day, & for a small fan it makes a noticeable difference in creating a cross breeze. The one I already had has held up well so I’m confident all 3 will keep at it every summer til I give in and get an AC unit. Only thing I wish it had is clear numbers for the 3 power levels - they’re embossed but not readable. Can mostly tell from the lever position though.
