Good nutrition

I gave this five stars only because it's not as bad as the other formulas. My husband has lived on tube formula for 10 months, and this is the only one he can tolerate. The others caused everything from nausea to life threatening diarrhea. I'm looking into blended foods now, but in the meantime I sometimes combine Isosource with kefir. I like to use flavored kefir so I can enjoy it too. The Isosource tones down the kefir and the combination is delicious.

I lived on this exclusively for 18 months after cancer surgery and needed a feeding tube. Even though I can eat normally now i still keep this in the house in the event i don’t feel like preparing a meal. It really satisfies hunger better than Boost. One of the comments suggested it wasn’t covered by insurance, but mine was after a prescription form the doctor and coordinated through visiting nurses. I also care for my 100 year old mother who drinks at east once daily and really helps with her energy level. Great product.

Had to buy this because my supply company was dragging their feet. Ordered it from Amazon, the formula had a way longer freshness date! Perfect. Great stuff for tube fed loved ones.

Good for extra calories when needed but the taste.. it’s kind of bad honestly. I know it says unflavored but between the thick consistency and the aftertaste we need to blend it with frozen fruit otherwise it’s not drinkable.
