Q: For volleyball when you dive can you slide with these?

Yes - my daughter uses these and slides all the time- with that said- we haven’t had them very long at all (not even 4 months) and she has holes in them already. A little Disappointed in the quality. They fit her great but I’ll have to search for a different pair now.

Q: can you use this for football as well?

I bought these for Volleyball. I would suggest maybe something a little more resistant to weather and your specific sport. The threading from the inside was not as secure as it should of been. I corrected it myself, but overall it was an ok product.

Q: Can you use this for basketball as well?

These pads are very thick, not suitable for basketball.
