Never tried it on cats. The label should tell you.

I guess you could , but would not advise doing so, because you but shampoo into the carpet then rinse so you would be taken the “tidy clean no pee “. Out of the carpet.

Q: Can this be sprayed on fabrics, laminate floors and plastics?

I have sprayed on all those surfaces without issue
