I like the Oregon's Wild Harvest brand because I consider it to be trustworthy. My husband and I use the cayenne capsules to help maintain dilated blood vessels. So far so good. We're both still above ground.

I had heard that using cayenne along with Calm magnesium powder works well to help keep one regular. I used that combination while doing a detox diet and it worked wonderfully. Natural and gentle, no cramping or issues. Usually when I do any sort of diet I suffer with constipation but not this time. I'll make sure to keep it on hand. Much better than using harsh laxatives.

I bought it for my husbands ulcer but I decided I want to take one and let me tell you it gave me the most spiciest heartburn I have ever had in my life. I was rocking back and forth of pain and discomfort lol. I haven’t taken any more because I’m afraid so I can’t tell if it works or no.
