Great product great company

I've been looking for an NSF sport certified curcumin and I think I've found one that I'm going to stick with. I like that Momentous uses the Meriva. Over the past month, I've used this daily and feel that it's helped some with my inflammation. But it's hard to say whether or not it's just my body healing or this is ACTUALLY helping. Regardless, I plan on continuing. It's a bit pricey compared to other competitors but I assume that's because of its additional NSF sport certification. The capsules are standard sizing and easy to swallow with some sort of liquid. I haven't noticed any GI discomfort or any bad side effects for that matter, but I do take it before bed so I'm not sure I'd be aware of any side effects anyway. Overall I recommend this product for it's quality and certification

Very easy to take, believe it’s helping but too early to tell. However disappointed that a capsule was broken inside my first shipment and for the money that seems to not be up to quality standards.

One way I judge turmeric supplements is by its color, and the turmeric inside these capsules is bright, deep gold just as a quality turmeric should be. I take these capsules to fight general inflammation rather than pain, so it is difficult to assess just how well the supplement works in my body, but nevertheless I am very pleased with these. Not only is the gold color deep and bright, according to the company's listing, this particular turmeric supplement "leverages Meriva curcumin phytosomes, a unique curcumin extract which has been shown to provide up to 29x greater absorption than ordinary curcumin." That sounds great to me. Each capsule contains 500mg of turmeric. The Momentus company recommends that you take two capsules every day for a total of 1000 mg per day. There are 60 capsules in this bottle so it will last one month. My only suggestion for improvement is I wish the label indicated where this supplement is sourced and manufactured. Overall, though, I am pleased with these.

I like these, but I have no idea if they do what they say. I take turmeric based on a doctor's recommendation backed up by some research. Tumeric supplements remind me of buying a roof. You spend a ton of money on something that yes, you really do need. But you never really get to enjoy it. You know it's up there doing its job but you don't get much enjoyment out of it. I know the turmeric is in my body and it may be doing something positive for me so I keep taking it. However, if I take it or don't take it, I don't notice much difference. I can recommend this version of Tumeric based on the quality of the capsules. Some companies have partially filled capsules and the inside of the bottle is a mess. These are not like that. The capsules are clean and adequately filled. If you take Tumeric, this company makes a fine supplement.

Turmeric is now widely recognized as a superb anti-inflammatory because of its prime constituent - curcumin. It can fight various ailments such as skin issues, digestive, infections, etc. We try to incorporate turmeric into our cooking but it's difficult to get an amount that is having a big positive effect. My wife based on her research would sometimes make a paste with black pepper and turmeric and heat that with some olive oil as black pepper "activated" the curcumin and made it better for absorption. Such supplements are way easier. I've been taking it for a month and so far so good. Tough to quantify the physical benefits of a supplement by a layman like me, but no negative side-effects. I think this is a safe and easy way to get powerful anti-oxidants in one's daily life.
