One of the best cooking light cookbook. Hands down. I will give it a 10 stars if I can. Excellent content and photos. Can't wait to try the recipes. I assure you just by looking at the ingredients. You will never go wrong with this book. I'm a chef so I know.

Nice low calories dishes and you can lose weight ....

I have always loved Cooking Light cookbooks and have at least 10 of them. This cookbook cost $12 and was a paperback that has about 90 pages. It is the thinnest cookbook I own. Cooking Light - this was a total RIP-OFF!

If you are looking for lots of low-calorie main dishes that take a lot of time a special ingredients, this is your book. I have other Cooking Light Cookbooks in my collection and love them. I also subscribe to their magazine.

Love this cookbook. We have a nice size basil plant in our backyard, and this recipe book has quite a few recipes using fresh basil. Lots of delicious meals with ingredients that we love, and all 300 calorie or less per serving.
