I purchased this to add to my island stools or dinning room chairs. Seems very nice and of good quality. I have not used it yet. It did come a little later then expected and due to that , I won't be using it soon. But I do anticipate it to be of the high quality it seems to be. If my review changes I will update it. I did purchase the inch width. I definitely wouldn't go thinner if your using it for the same purpose. If it work's as nice I am anticipating I will purchase more.

Have an old classic British car that needed leather seat bottoms restuffed. This foam and some Dacron batting worked great.

Used this stuff to upgrade my chair foam. So much thicker and better to block the pain of a metal fram

Nothing fancy, just wanted some foam on top of my chair. This does the job adequately.

I bought this product to cut up and use as padding in several different sizes of rifle cartridge boxes. Depending upon the box height and the cartridge overall length, you get a lot of empty space for the individual cartridges to rattle around, possibly upsetting the bullet alignment with the axis of the shell case ("Run-out"). After measuring several different boxes and loaded rifle cartridges I decided to buy the 1/2" foam padding for most of my specific needs. Thicker or thinner padding may be more appropriate for different combinations. For example, I used two 1/2" pads (1" total) in the larger box in the photo because 7.62.39mm cartridges are pretty short for this particular cartridge box. I could have also bought 1" padding, but using two 1/2" pads works just as well and I still have about half the original 1/2" thick sheet left after padding about two dozen cartridge boxes of various sizes. So long as you don't mind the white color, this is MUCH cheaper than buying small sheets specifically designed for these boxes.

This product is not as thick as shown. I couldn't use it for this product I'm making.

Loved it and used it for my wheelchair cushion.Overall it's a good option for Foam Cushion Replacement.

I purchased this to use it as the foam padding for a 36 inch wide patio lounge. (36x30 and 36x50). I purchased 1 foam piece as a proof of concept to test whether I could cut it and whether it would be comfortable as padding for a patio lounge. It passed the first test and was simple to cut using a carpet razor blade. But it failed in the comfort category. This foam is very stiff and feels like a board under my back. I ultimately had to find a different piece of foam to finish the job. If you are looking for a comfortable piece of foam that will hold you up while comfortably bend to your contours, this is not the foam for you.
