Good size to make whatever size patty you need, has decent heft to it so very easy to smash down a burger nice and thin. The handle feels great and the surface is easy to smash down and release the patty so can't really complain - does everything it needs to!

Used 4 times so far and very useful. I have tried this with smash burgers and found it does not need a layer of oil or grease-proof paper. It is very rigid and although far lighter than a cast iron press, it does the job extremely well. Very easy to clean.

This is great for smash burgers, you can easily press the meatballs down into the pan/ onto the grill and get them nice and thin. It’s great quality and not at all flimsy. Its really easy to clean
