Great lock , great functionality, clean install , escalation manager Naveen is a really helpful guy , got the installation done way ahead of the schedule upon request. Highly recommended the lock & the optional bridge...!!!!!

Good lock with hidden expense
Great looks and good work but need intermittent support from company person to work smoothly. Please ask lots of questions when u install this first time. U need to buy wifi card separately if u want this lack to work remotely. Approx 5000 extra

Awesome product but missing BT module
There's no doubt the lock works like a charm and looks awesome. Have given only 3 stars since the Bluetooth module was missing from my delivered packet. And since I got this installed only after 4moths, couldn't raise a complaint.

Horrible service for 40k device
Ok product but really disappointing service. Had to make several calls, chase customer service over a week to get installation. The software etc is very basic and not intuitive. Chinese made... lock works ok but not worth 40k
