Great tool
Fantastic blade for cutting light brush, weeds, and vegetation growing in the canal behind my house. The thin blade slid right through the stubborn stuff and was exceptional at cutting through the peat that built up over years of neglect. I use this machete at least twice a week and it has yet to hold me back. Wouldn't recommend this for someone trying to chop down trees, but for light brush and tall grass or weeds, this is a great tool.

Not well balanced
I have an older nichols collins machete and jad hiped this would be a good replacement. I am disappointed. The one i have is a thinner more curved blade. It provides better balance and easier to cut. I dont loke the feel of this blade and doesnt give me quite the power to make cuts.

Too flimsy
Not the Collins quality that I'm used to. The blade is way too thin, making flexing an issue. Wouldn't recommend.
