Do these need the electrical grease?

Used the grease that was supplied. Install went well. Improve the operation of trucks engine which one plug was bad and didn't know about till changing.

will these work on the 2005 expedition 5.4

I used them on a 2007 expedition with a 5.4 and they work great. Not sure of any differences from 2005 to 2007. The product description shows that they are compatible with the 2005 expedition.
