I hooked this light up to a float switch in a 1200-gallon cistern to signal when it was full. We live in the country, and I repurposed an old cistern behind our house to hold grey water from my wife's washing machine. I hooked this light up to a float switch (also purchased on Amazon) to signal when the cistern was full and ready to pump. This light is bright, uses very little power, and has been performing flawlessly for over a year.

I wired this up to come on when my electronic valve is on for my air compressor. That way I know when the system is charged and it don't slowly leak off my tank. It could be used in countless ways. Great value compared to some. It's just a light...you don't need to spend $100 on something like this.

Can't argue with the price, but it didn't last. The bulb blew up in a bright flash after some use. I used this as an indicator to identify when a piece of equipment was energized. It was on for a few hours at a time, maybe 1x/week for about a year. One day I was in the room and saw a bright white flash and noticed the red light went out. The bulb inside was blackened and stunk. It's a non-standard 110v single contact bulb which can only be found in bulk qty from Ali express. Cheaper to just buy a new unit complete.
