I gained more understanding of how communication is so important, specifically in today’s multi generational business world. Not only has it educated me more in cultural/intercultural communication but it has helped me understand it better as to how it applies in the business. Simple to understand and very relatable.

Excellent book on cultural competency for leaders with many real life examples. It’s well written, very casual and easy to read. Gives a lot of information without sounding like a research article or textbook. Highly recommend!
