Two instruction manuals are included in printed format.Loves• The ear buds nestle into crafted receivers in the case and are guided in magnetically to their recharging terminals. Even the feel of the magnetic pull is pleasingly measured.• The case stores and charges the ear buds with the supplied USB cord. Hint: look for the cord under the tray.• The case is a Portable Battery! You can recharge your buds from the case even when the case is not plugged in.• The buds fit well in the ear with an extension to keep it place. Its comfortable.• The buds really do cut down on external sound. The pass through helps if you need it.• I work out on my bowflex with these buds and they handle perspiration well. They stay in place.• The physical buttons in the buds work many functions. I do not use all such as game mode.• The Sound is VERY Good. Even for an audiophile like me.Improvement opportunity• The buttons are stiff and I have to press a little too hard and be centered to activate them.• There is NO Remote means to control the volume. This is an exceptional miss as these are wireless and your phone may be 10 feet away. The volume can only be controlled from your phone. I nearly took off 1 star for this miss but I love how thoughtfully designed and how well integrated the ear buds are so I give full marks.SummaryThese are smartly designed ear buds with a few functions I would not have thought of with excellent sound. The media could not be loaded. Sounds is good, noise cancelling is decent, not too heavy, hear through mode focuses on the scratchy noises I don't like it.The most uncomfortable part by far is that in order to toggle anything with the button you have to push them deep in your ear in the process. Would be better if buttons were at the top or bottom and you squeezed it. Also can't turn off the "HEAR THROUGH MODE" That plays once you've jammed these babies deep into your eardrums and held for 2s.The little flaps also don't fit my ear well, the body of the bud itself is too long.You can see a comparison to my old earbuds that fit very well (the well fitting ones are more circular compared to the oblong shape these are- probably to allow room for the charger)I can kinda squish the wings into my ear curve but it starts to hurt and doesn't stay in well. It stays in even worse with the wings out of that little curve they're supposed to fit snuggly into though, they've fallen out at work a few times.

I’m so glad I found these headphones way on a whole different page when looking for good running headphones. Everyone has their own preferences and style for headphones. I prefer to be minimal as possible, especially when running as when you start working up a sweat headphones will generally fall out. I’m fairly fast so more impact will have more effect on earphones moving. These fit into my ear perfectly with the default ear piece and wing tips. They include plenty more so you can customize your fit. These are fully waterproof I believe which is also very important to me because of the aforementioned sweat. I also find they charge beautifully with any USB-C protocol unlike previous headphones I’ve had where it would only accept a low voltage and I had to keep a special charger just for the earphones.All in all I’m glad I lost my other earphones since it caused me to find these beauties.I don’t believe it has NC, but they’re pretty good and loud without it and the price is very good.

I've struggled to find earbuds that will stay in my ears while running. These work great! They are better fitting then the ones that wrap around your ears especially if you wear a hat like I do. Battery life is amazing as well.

These eat buds stuck in my ears well and sounded good.Where I struggle is trying to disconnect. They seem to lock on to my device and I cannot disconnect even when the buds are back in the charger. I need to break the BT connection. Its not that easy to recommect either as Ive had numerous times when I connected but no sound went thru. I would not buy again.

I bought these because my old ones kept falling out of my ears and they have a little hook that I thought would help. The hook does help! I use these at the gym, and so far they have not fallen out after five visits. They also haven't needed to be recharged yet. I've used them for about ten day for about an hour at a time, and so far they are still showing as 80% charged. The sound quality is fine, and it connects quickly to my phone.
