We bought 2 pieces, one cover would not stay closed and other needs to be opened by a body builder

Good cup, but what on the picture.
Seller sent totally different mug. I ordered 4 mugs for gifts...but got wrong items, different models, different colors, bad quality 🙄I have same cup (such as in the photo): its easy to use, doesnt leak, not heavy, convenient to carry. But it's not abt mugs that this seller sent!!!😑
