Great little light. Easy to put on and I get about 8-10 hours in the welding booth out of it before it needs a charge. I turn it on and off in that time when I’m not actively laying beads. It helps a lot with start up on overhead welds or if you’ve got shadows to deal with so you can see what’s going on. I will say once you strike an arc, the light is pretty useless because the arc light drowns it out, so don’t count on it to keep you in a straight line. But for everything else it’s great and I definitely recognize if I forgot to turn it on.

Light is bright enough to see edges of metal when welding, but not too bright that it affects the dimming function of welding helmet.

These are solid lights. I bought two so one could charge while I used the other one. Seem to be pretty tough and they stay where you aim them. Wish they were just a little bit brighter but other than that they really help me see my weld seems.

My eyesight is not what it used to be and this light works perfect. I love that it unclips so I can keep it charged on my workbench and then clip it back on when I want to use it. It’s also adjustable left to right if you mount the stand at the right angle. I’m buying a second one to put on the other side of my helmet. Definitely worth the money.

worked very well for a welding helmet

Bought this light to get more light on my weld joints. First I tried mounting the light on the side of my helmet and that did not work. Then mounted the light to the top of my welding helmet and that worked perfectly. I also use the light to inspect my cut and etched joints.

I've only used this light for 1 day, but so far the day has been much brighter. This was easy to mount, the adhesive stuck very well and I can adjust the angle easily. I still have full use of my shield without interference with the mount. I haven't gotten it wet yet, which will inevitably happen working outside. Hopefully the light will withstand the rain.

Product sold as firefighter flashlight but stopped to work after less than a year for no reason … great chance it didn’t happen during a rescue operation …! Absolutely too expensive for the quality, I even tried to reach them to ask for a replacement to give it another try but they wouldn’t even care to answer . 100% trash customer service and cheap product. When it worked the light level was very good it could’ve been a great product.
