My husband and I are both in our 70's and suffer from leg and toe cramps, especially at night, and as anyone who has had these cramps knows, it's not fun to have to jump up out of bed to get relief from these cramps, agony!! We were told about this Magnesium triple calm product and decided to give it a try. Nothing ventured nothing gained, right? I am so glad we did! It took a couple of weeks or so for them to take effect and even though we still occasionally get cramps the cramping has eased for both of us greatly! Also, we both have attributed these pills to us sleeping better too. We take 2 tablets a piece at bedtime.

I definitely would recommend these highly. Sleep quality has definitely imoroved and mood also. I've even shared this product with friends. I also want to say that the customer service is excellent!!! I had an issue with shipping taking so long and I messaged CS and she got back to me right away. She went above and beyond to make things right and actually reimbursed me bc of the issue. I'd definitely order again. I actually ordered 4 bottles and I'm glad I did bc it really works.

I waited so I could give an honest review. I can’t even believe the difference on quality of sleep I experience now that I’ve been taking these for a month. I don’t even know when it happened, maybe a week in? I actually slept through the night and have been doing so ever since. That’s something I NEVER EVER have done before. I take one in the morning and one 30 minutes before bed. I honestly haven’t noticed any other changes, but the sleep aspect is enough for me to take these forever.
