I don't leave reviews often, but this product significantly impacted me! If you benefit from high-dose 5-MTHF, this is a good amount (about 8mg) at a reasonable price in the most effective form of the chemical.

I consider myself a pretty healthy individual, no health conditions to speak of, I don't take any medications, I eat my veggies, I don't eat gluten, I go to the gym 3-5x a week. A year ago when I had some wellness labs done I found out that they were terrible! Dr said I was basically as healthy as someone who needed a liver transplant (his words) and he had no idea how I was able to function day to day. At the time I also found out that I had MTHFR mutation and dr rec this supplement to me to take along with other multivitamins. I just had repeat labs done and all of my levels are perfect now! I honestly don't know what these are supposed to do but I do feel great and i'll continue taking lol

This is just my first week on it and so far so good. I have not felt any unpleasant side effects, and my depression seems better. I am hoping to see more improvement over time, and will keep you posted. This is the highest potency for the lowest price and high quality. I would recommend this supplement to anyone who suffers from depression. Even those who are on antidepressants already, tell me that they feel better by adding this product to their daily regimen. Update: I have been taking this product for nearly 8 months and find that it has enhanced the effects of my SSRI's ability to enhance my mood and overall level of functioning. A friend of mine who is also on serotonin selective re-uptake inhibitors has also added methyl-folate supplementation and reports that she has experienced a stabilization effect on her mood. I will continue to take this product, which works for me and offers an impressive array of health benefits.

Quickly metabolized.

I just started taking this on the recommendation of my doctor after lab work showed a genetic problem. I like that this is a product without fillers and just the product listed, price also good.

This is life changing. Seriously. I began researching the MTHFR mutation, took the test, found out I have it on both chromosome. Getting a prescription of deplin, which isn't covered by insurance btw, is not only expensive but in my case has taken months with no solution in sight (much rather prescribe you ssri with a pez dispenser than a vitamin your body actually needs) I ttied this hi dose brand out, and I am so glad I did. Did not realize capsules are so big

I’ve been using 5-MTHF supplements for years, and this one from Intelligent Labs is excellent. The 5mg dose feels clean and effective — you can really tell it’s high quality. I notice better energy, focus, and overall balance. Definitely one of the best methylfolate supplements I’ve tried.

For someone who was very low in Folate in my blood and who was prescribed folic acid which is synthetic. I decided to look for a good active and more natural source of Folate. To say my health has improved significantly is an understatement. I’ll be taking this for life.

I originally gave 3 stars because these made me feel very unwell. I did email them initially and didn’t get much help. After my review, someone kindly messaged to check what issues I’d had. They kindly refunded me and have given some insight and advice. Also the offer of help to find products better suited. I believe them to be a helpful and trustworthy company. My initial response from them was not satisfactory for me, but they did make up for it. I wasn’t aware of the money back guarantee. It’s reassuring to know this is place should the product give any side effects. Luckily, what happened to me is rare.
