It works well. I don’t know why the day it’s single use. You can use each one least a couple of times. The major problem is that they are ridiculously expensive, one dollar for each one. When it shouldn’t be more than 10 cents. I hope somebody competes with this company because this is not rocket science material, it’s a piece of cloth with four holes!

These work really well at protecting my skin from the silicon. Idk y but the silicon irritated my face and nose really bad. This layer of protection keeps it from irritating and isn't too thick to make me sweat.

I bought these as a means of protecting the skin around my nose and nostrils. However, I find that I can't use them as directed. When I do, they sometimes obstruct the nasal hole and blocks the air from the CPAP unit from coming through. I've ended up having to stretch out the smaller holes and wrapping them around the nasal pillows, on top of the larger holes. So basically, the pad is folded in half. It protects my skin somewhat, but sometimes the fabric bunches up under the nasal pillow attachment and it is uncomfortable. I'm debating whether to buy a second pack and just cut them and get double the use out of the item or just not buy them again. I'm sure this works for some people, but it hasn't really worked for me.

This may seem petty but unboxing the liners was absurd. The box Is very heavy cardboard, there is so much tape it's hard to find a way to open this without a Bowie knife. Once it is open the liners fill one quarter of the box if that. Wasteful. On the other hand after whining about the box, using the mask liners was so helpful. I use nasal pillows and they were rubbing the skin between my nose and upper lip raw. These liners stopped that. I'm also getting a longer lifespan of my nasal pillows, these block small leaks. Good product bad packaging.
