Great Product
I bought this 2 weeks back and works like a charm. The product is as good as new and configuration is as per the specification. I also registered the product with the seller for 6 months warranty and response was quick ( within 24 hours)

seller are not responding.
CPU supplieI have a major issue with the item. PC processor is very slow even though it is intel core i5 processor. Require replacement as early as possible, so that my issue will be solved.FYI, I didn't download any Softwares but still it takes long time for accessing /processing data.Moreover, given email id and contact numbers of seller are not responding.

Worst product
The computer which I sparley used stopped working. I contacted refurbay and they agreed to replace the PC but as warrany period was over I had to pay 5000 to get the service done. Which was duely processed which required me to send the PC through blue dart arranged by the company the pickup was smooth and today 21 August 2023 I recieved the replacement pc with the old hard disk. The pc has damages with the plastic liner outside the PC broken and a loose part is making noise inside the pc. Worst service. PCmia working though. Don't know for how long.

They don't mention the Cpu generation / version
It's a nice CPU, but I believe these guys should mention the cpu version also . It's i5 2400S . 2nd generation i5 processor .

Tiny Pc from HP model 8300
All the way Received from Delhi to South Pondicherry took more than a week time. But for the functioning of hp tiny pc found good with Windows 11 pro and MS office 2019 software are with life time validity which make me satisficed for home based tasks. No other software are installed. 16 GB RAM , 248 GB SSD, 1 TB Hard drive. Wi-Fi antenna and charger with cable are included in the package. At this price point with 6 month warranty its good to have if available right now.

Attractive Configurations but systems DON'T WORK
Bought a PC with them and it stopped working after few days of purchase.Tried to contact their Support Team .. but no use.Support Numbers do not work, WhatsApp Chat Support also is of no use.Money spent is wasted and would not recommend anyone to fall in this trap.PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY .. DON'T SPEND BUYING WITH THIS VENDOR
