This phone case has everything that a phone needs for protection. My favorite part is the hard face plate that protects the screen from breakage, and it's waterproof. Catalyst has designed a well made and perfect fitting case from high quality materials. I've dropped my phone many times on marble and stone floors without damage due to this superior case. It is expensive but worth it compared to the cost of an iPhone and the inconvenience of sending it away for repair. It's also easy to remove when needs be. I highly recommend this Total Protection case from Catalyst if you want peace of mind from phone damage.

My first catalyst case was for the iPhone 12 Pro Max, and my complaint was that it was not really magsafe compatible. However this wasn't an issue since I was able to buy a magsafe sticker with magnets to get around this issue. Other than that it was a solid case I trusted it to protect my phone, It was a solid and study case. Now moving on to the Catalyst case for the iPhone 13 Pro Max this case feels flimsy and the screen protector gets raised even when using it with tempered glass screen protector as shown in the catalyst website. The screen protector is still raised causing touch screen issues. This case does not have a good seal where the two pieces connect, making it seem like it is not waterproof. And I definitely would not trust this case around water. This case is not worth $89.99 USD it feels cheap and poorly made. To make matters worse Catalyst still claims this case is magsafe compatible when it is not. I have to say Catalyst you really let me down this time. If anyone is looking for a cheaper but superior alternative I suggest the "Ghostek NAUTICAL Waterproof Case for iPhone 13 Pro Max". It is well priced and delivers when it comes to quality.

A bit pricey but the case stands its ground. The volume buttons and lock button could be a little better. Nice sleek cool design. Love the feel of the screen.

Having owned several of Catalysts cases, this is the only one I do not like. I have a MagSafe car cradle. Unfortunately this case is not compatible. It is also barely works with MagSafe chargers.

After one successful use, it never kept the water out again.

There’s no need to put a screen protector on phone if you’re going to use this case. Most of all the complaints are from people using a screen protector. I put 1 on and hated it, took it off and it works perfectly. Best sound quality from a waterproof phone case.

Easy to install

I ordered this for the 13 pro max. The case feels and appears like it will be very protective and dust resistant. The issue lies with the buttons and many other things. The buttons are near impossible to press comfortably (very stiff). In this day and age where cases have progressed so far, this one still suffers with buttons. It’s almost unbelievable. The rear cover where the cover meets the rim near the lightning port is very sharp. While typing, it makes your pinky sore where it rests on it. The touch screen with a Spigen screen protector is about 90%. It’s honestly to be expected as you now have 2 layers over your screen. While in a call, people claim they can’t hear me taking. No clue why, the case was installed correctly. I also noticed that the bottom speaker isn’t nearly as loud as other cases. Another issue is the MagSafe charging. The magnet barely sticks and I mean barely. MagSafe is pretty much nonexistent on this case.I wouldn’t recommend this case.
