Marine Magnesium and Vitamin B6 | Fights Fatigue | 150 mg/day | 120 Plant-based Capsules | French Expertise

I was recommended marine magnesium by a French chemist a few years ago and always stocked up when I was in France. This one, which I take every morning, is just as good and does relieve the cramps I used to always get in my legs and my hands. I can tell when I have forgotten to take it because the cramps bother me again.

It is a good vitamin but expensive. I have to look for a cheaper one sadly.

This vitamin works ok, easy to swallow but could be better.

These were quite good value and easy to swallow but gave me weird dreams and last night it was a Nightmare, woke up at 2.19 M sweating. Not taking these anymore. I did give them a good chance. Stopped taking them for a week, the dreams stopped. Started taking them again and the dreams/nightmare recurred. What in earth is in them for this to happen or is it just me.

Plastimea Store Marine Magnesium and Vitamin B6 The Plastimea Store capsules come in a screw top plastic bottle with an internal paper seal. Each capsule is approximately 6.5mm diameter by 18.5mm long and contains the powdered ingredients. The product is listed as “Vegetarian” and the list says that the capsules are made from “plant based ingredients” (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose) [so now you know 😁]. Each capsule is an easy to swallow size recommended to be taken with water after a meal. The marine magnesium & vitamin B6 are capsules are claimed to help with fatigue, stress and lack of sleep. I don’t consider myself to suffer from stress but I certainly have problems with fatigue and lack of sleep. I decided that I would like to try these capsules to see if there would be any benefit. To better gauge their effect, I decided to take the Plastimea Store capsules for a week, stop for a week then resume. As I write this review, I have begun the third stage, resuming after a week without. I didn’t notice any change in the initial week until about the third day when I did feel a bit less fatigued and a bit more ‘With-it’ during the day. The second week had almost the reverse pattern, in that I began to feel more tired mid-week. Having now resumed taking the capsules, I am hopeful that I will experience another upturn, my first week’s trend gives me some optimism. I won’t say that, after taking these capsules, the difference is like day and night but I will say there has been some benefit. As I get older (nearly 70) anything that can bring about some improvement is welcome and on that basis, I would like to recommend these capsules.
