Excellent product & quality and comfortable. True to size, I bought a small and I wear 7 in shoes. Nicely padded which I needed to protect my foot after tearing my joint capsule last November. Will definitely recommend.

Great protection for sparring and general kicking, especially for this price. Comfortable to wear and good amount of padding. I ordered two pairs and both ran big.I am a EUR 38/ US 7.5 (women) and ordered size L for myself. I ended up keeping the size M that was originally for my daughter. They also stretch out after wearing them.Ended up giving the size L to someone from my class and will order another one, in a size xs or s for my daughter.

My feet are between a size 10.5 and 11. While the sizing chart stated it would fit my size feet, they do not. My son put them on his feet when he wore a 9.5 but once he got to a 10 (a few moths later), he complained they were uncomfortable and he could no longer wear them. Besides that just watching him put them on and take them off made me think a person with limited flexibility would have a hard time as the covering fit tightly but do not give any play in the flexibility of the product.
