I love that it’s food-grade and made from coconut shells, which feels more natural and safe for what I’m using it for. I’ve mostly been using it for detox and beauty purposes. I made a DIY face mask with it, and it left my skin feeling smooth and clean without any irritation. I’ve also tried brushing my teeth with it a couple of times a week, and honestly, my teeth look brighter already! It’s also been helpful for occasional bloating—just a little mixed with water does the trick. Yes, it’s a little messy (what charcoal isn’t?), but it’s totally worth it.
