This is great and VERY comfortable! There were a lot of size choices and I made the right ones. Be sure to get an accurate measurement of your neck and the vertical distance from your chin to collarbones. I got the tallest version which fits and supports with no strain or pressure. It's just keeping the neck straight. My neck has given me trouble since it was damaged in an accident when I was a little child. Sleeping can be painful, no matter what position I take, but this cervical collar already feels like a healthy solution.

Excellent collar, but a key point: you absolutely must select the right size. This is underappreciated when just looking at any given collar. If you pick the wrong size it doesn't matter how good it is otherwise, it won't fit you and it'll be completely useless. I picked the exact right size for my neck, and it has worked out brilliantly. It's comfortable, easy to put on and take off, it has a cutout to accomodate your chin, and it's doing exactky what it's supposed to. Very happy with this purchase and the size options available - other brands had only two sizes and it just wasn't enough. This one ticks off all the boxes, and I couldn't be happier.

Great collar for injury where your neck needs support. Only problem I saw with the collar was the velcro straps inside the collar scratch and irritate the neck when in use. I would use something to cover the velcro up first and then put it on. I put a cotton blend sleeve on it that one uses to keep the collar from dust. **Do not use this collar if you had spinal neck surgery and are looking for something more comfy to sleep in. this may keep your neck straight but it doesn't prevent your head from twisting. Which is a big no no for cervical spinal patients.**

Ordered 2.5 inches. Box sticker says 2.5 inches. Tape measure clocks in at 2.7/8 inches ... basically 3 inches and, yes, it's too big. (This is why I gave it one star.) Because of its size, the only way I could achieve minimal neck movement was securing the velcro strap extra tight which, if left at that position, would have rendered me dead from lack of oxygen. The collar itself is a variety of foam; bit too hard for my liking. Again, neck size matters (ask a shirt salesperson) and the fact that it's advertised and package validated--but in fact is roughly 20% taller--is pretty bad. Goodness, what's the status of the advertised 3 inch collar? UPDATE: The company reached out to me via email two days after the review was posted and asked if I wanted a refund. Simple note, simple request, no strings attached. Wrote back two words: "Full Refund" and the amount was credited to my card within 24 hours. I've changed my rating from a one to a three: Product remains mislabeled but customer service is exemplary. My recommendation to management: Manufacture the collar to specifications or change the specs to match the actual size!

If you have neck pain get this. It works. Inexpensive and stops the pain.

This neck support is very comfortable and soft. It helps keep the neck stable and reduces pain. The material feels good and it is easy to wear. I recommend it for anyone who needs extra neck support.

The material in this one doesn’t glide very well against the skin—you can’t wear it for long before it starts to chafe.

I think they've sent me a larger neck brace. A 2.5 inch would have been perfect. But I've received a 3 inch brace. I bought this for controlling snoring and it kind of works. Basically when you are sleeping on your back, the lower jaw loosens and opens up as you fall asleep. This is why we start snoring. Wearing a neck brace like this holds the jaw and keeps the mouth closed. There are other face/chin straps for this. But I didn't find them comfortable. This one seems to do the job well. Just be careful about the size and softness when buying so that it is not uncomfortable while sleeping. For 250/- we can experiment and find the best fit.
