This is one of the few good items I've purchased from Amazon recently. The blade is incredibly sharp. The opening lever is easy to operate, and the pocket clip is easy to slide over a jeans pocket. I relocated the pocket clip to be more appropriate for my left back pocket, and now it's an everyday carry item even though I carry a Leatherman as well. I find it much easier to access for quickly cutting stuff. The knife seems well made, the blade is solid in the handle and opens with minimum effort. I don't know if one blade shape is better than another, but this one has handled everything I've needed it for.

Für mich sind Kershaw Einhand Messer die absolut besten und wertigsten - wenn man sich in einem Budget bewegen will, oder auch muss, dass einen schon auch etwas auf den Preis schauen lässt! Super Verarbeitung, man hört die Qualität schon am Einrasten des Messers! Mein fast einziger Verwendungszweck ist die Bereitschaft zur Selbstverteidigung und daher kann ich - gottseidank - noch überhaupt keine Auskunft geben über die Haltbarkeit im täglichen Gebrauch!

Kuro or kuroi is Japanese for black. This knife lives up to its name, the only part not black being the razor edge. In my opinion, this knife is the ideal knife. The clip is deep carry, not too tight, just right. It's build quality, fit and finish is excellent. The liner lock fully engages the blade. My best and favorite knife out of 36, heartily recommended as a good value, $ well spent, perfect size, strong knife.

Excellent lightweight knife. Sharp blade out of the box. Bit on the smaller size than i'm used to but felt like I was carrying nothing while it always being within arms length.

This is a truly solid EDC knife. I lost my first a few weeks ago, and thought enough of the knife to order the same again. The assisted opening is so smooth and handy. The blade came sharp. It is a totally reliable knife. Can't go wrong!
