Two months I couldn't find mace anywhere. This spice is excellent. Can't go wrong with it in my cupboard

Mace (from the nutmeg plant) is an “old fashioned” spice rarely used these days in Western cooking. It used to be sold in grocery stores but is now difficult to find. I was glad to find that it is used in Indian cuisine and readily available online. This product has an excellent flavor and quality for a great price. Just what I needed!

It doesn't smell as strong as the other brand I lave used. But the taste is smooth.

Fresh and smells great. I’m trying to expand my culinary skills, and I read a lot about mace. It’s great in anything you make that uses nutmeg, and it’s also great in an old fashioned.

I use this when I bake; it is especially good in pumpkin custard or other pumpkin baked goods, like pumpkin bread, and pumpkin pie. The flavor is excellent, and it is a good buy, since I bake a lot. Highly recommend this product.
