PS3 Guitar Hero World Tour Guitar Receiver / Dongle

The one I purchased was Used but it worked just as good as a New one I had that I lost. No issues with connectivity with my WORLD TOUR GUITAR. These won't work on any other Guitar Hero Controller Except the WORLD TOUR Controller, I think this is where people get confused and buy this thing thinking it will be compatible with any Guitar Hero Controller and that is Not True Each Guitar Hero Controller for the PS3/PS2 has a specific Dongle adapter that will only work for each model controller. The Guitar Hero (Les Paul controller) has it's own controller specific dongle as well as the (Guitar Hero 5/Band Hero controller) this controller has a Red and White Faceplate and is often confused with the World Tour Controller but is actually different as far as connectivity is concerned. Someone should make a guide.

I have both the guitar pick dongle and this dongle for the Les Paul and neither of them work even after I replaced the capacitor.

The product arrived in time, it's just great in size, the look is amazing, works great and the material is pretty good.

The company actually sent me a Band Hero dongle, which they thought would work with the Guitar Hero World Tour guitar. Sadly, it doesn't. I told them about it and sent it back, but it may have been lost in the mail. I'm feeling a little ticked off because: 1. This dongle fails pretty quickly (this was my third). 2. This dongle is getting pretty hard to find. 2. It looks like these sellers don't have it. The Band Hero dongle will probably work with the GH5 guitars, not GHWT. Save your time and effort and look elsewhere. Me, Ill probably chuck my trusty old GHWT guitar and use the GH5 guitar. It was never meant to last anyways..

I have the guitar lying around about 3 years, and now I can finally play on pc/PS3. It works great.

USPS lost the package the first time and when I asked for a replacement they gave me one no questions asked and even called to confirm everything was correct got the replacement in a few days and works great
