I have been consukjng it for a week now and the taste is not bad at all. Review: Dissolves fast - Dissolves quickly and has a tolerable taste. Very good on cold mornings mixed with my protein shake. Gave it 4 stars, because I’ve ordered another brand in the past with better taste. This one does taste better than their regular one with more sugar.

Need improvement
Need improvements 'It is a good time-tested product in Ayurveda; however, if you are going to make "sugar free," for health reasons, then you need to change "sorbitol," as a choice of your sugar substitute! There are now better options like Stevia, Monk fruit, Allulose, etc. Sorbitol not only hurts microbiome, can cause diarrhea but also can raise blood insulin levels. In people with insulin resistance or prediabetes, or diabetes, excess glucose can be shunted into the polyol (sorbitol) pathway, converting glucose into sorbitol and then fructose. This process contributes to complications of diabetes. Most Ayurvedic formulas contain two key ingredients-1. Ashwagandha 2. Brahmi both have "proven" benefits- NOT in this formula here!
