Got these for my mom’s wheelchair. Good quality for a reasonable price. Took under 30 minutes to change.

Wheels fit perfectly on the transport chair we have, which was my main thought. The only concern is the hard plastic wheel vs. a soft rubber (or something similar) that the old wheels were. This causes the brakes to not work nearly as well, the chair can roll on it's own if it's on a bit of a slope. I am going to try and tighten the breaks a bunch to see if it prevents that issue, but wanted folks to understand the difference in material makeup of the wheel itself. Edit: Originally I had this at 3 stars, but that is likely unfair. Updated to 4 Stars overall, perfect fit, exactly what I needed (a 1 star deduction for the hard plastic wheels). I did tighten the brakes, but they have to get pretty tight in order to hold decently, and still doesn't feel as good/strong as with the "normal" wheel material. Some folks might need a second person to help with the brake cable adjustments.

Return of product was necessary account wrong size wheels were ordered. The product was well made, packaging was complete and arrived undamaged. Customer simply ordered the wrong size wheels.

At first I appreciated the tools sent to replace rear wheels on my sons Convaid Cruiser. Now I am frustrated. The wrench is a good fit but the screw driver/socket is not. One end too small the other side too big to help unscrew nuts to remove existing wheel. Was feeling hopeful to fix chair myself, now that hope is gone.

Directions are not included, but there is a video on Amazon. It's a simple remove and replace. Tools included. Satisfied.
