I Tested this amp on multiple subwoofers. first one was a free 8" from a friend, It only lasted about 5 seconds before I could even turn the knob all the way up. Then I bought form a friend a Walmart Jensen 12" with a sealed box also from Walmart. That one lasted about a week. With the Jensen I was able to tell what the amp was capable of. I then moved to something of much higher quality which is a 12" Rockford p2 dual 4 ohm voice coil that equals to a load of 2 ohms which means if the test I got is accurate it should be 661w. I have been pushing it for a few weeks now without issues. last week I started playing with bass boost I've gone between 0 DB and about 3 DB anything above that the car rattling ruins the sound. My setup sounds super clean in a sealed box. A friend of mine has the same amp (his verification certificate was around 639W) with an Alpine 12-in subwoofer in a high quality ported box that is louder than mine but doesn't sound as clean. (definitely personal taste some songs do sound better with his setup! Also it is in the back of a Kia soul so it's definitely a different environment. It does sound clean on the outside of his car) I have mine in the trunk. Recently I noticed if I fold down one of the back seats (the smallest one) it significantly increases the bass almost like it acts as a ported box. The verification certificate shows date tested 12/21/2022 I purchased on July 1st 2025 I have no need for any more Bass so I would say it's pretty darn good

I will start out by saying it’s been over a decade since I purchased an amp. When I was in my 20’s I was a huge car audio guy. Had infinity amps, kicker amps and a kenwood one. By far this one was the easiest, and most efficient amp I have owned. Love the fact that it didn’t require a remote wire and has a hi pass line in. Saved me from having to add additional components being I am running it off of my back speakers. The power consumption is also a great selling feature. For a 600 watt amp that hits really hard, my lights don’t dim when really going all out. I purchased the amp with the bass knob which I haven’t installed yet but I am looking forward to it as a feature. I don’t always want the thunder in the trunk and with ease it should allow me to have a chill ride when I have people in the car with music you can talk over. The watt rating seems legit as well. I have one 500watt 10 inch sub hooked to it and it does the job with ease. Sound quality is spot on, it hasn’t over heated on crazy hot summer days either. In addition and to wrap this review, the size. It’s incredible how small. I thing 8x8x2? Fits in my mustang trunk and doesn’t take up any space at all. Was able to easily tuck it away against the back seats. Would definitely buy this again and recco to friends and family.

I have used alpine amps for years. In most cases these amps out last the vehicles I installed them in. I have installed most of the top brands and even these S series keep up and out perform. Exactly bang for your buck. Super easy installation on the quality design amps. To top it of the seller is second to none.

Excellent product. Barely heats up at all under strenuous use. Smaller than your average amp but equally powerful. Tested at 653 Watts. I am super happy with the purchase. My 12” Alpine Type R - ported box absolutely slaps with this thing.

Purchased to power 2 MTX 10" subs in my install of a 2025 Jeep Gladiator. Ran this to 2ohms and it has more than enough power with great gain control. The amplifier looks incredible as it matches the black interior and blends. The blue surround power light is perfect! I have yet to hook up the bass control knob as it has not been needed. Currently I have the gain turn down to 1/4 and it is more than enough to balance the bass with my highs and mids! This thing could power so much more!
