This works better than any tranquilizer. Youre just not that concerned about whatever had you so upset. You don't feel a buzz or anything. You just know that you would still be very upset as nothing else has changed the situation. The best part, is it must pass from your system at some point. I don't know when, I only know I don't go back to being upset about it later on. I started taking it to relax my mind at bedtime. Which I have to take a lot for that. My brain goes on and on. Not in turmoil, just active. I tried it as a last resort when my something upset me so much in the daytime and I just couldn't calm down. Iwas so happy when it worked! Unbelievable! Try it! I don't remember if theres a needed build up in your system like most meds or supplements. And I am fat, so I take more. They judge how much to give animals of meds by their weight. Why not people? I’ve struggled with insomnia for 30 years. It’s hereditary. Valerian root is the ONLY thing I have found that helps settle my overactive mind. I take 2 before bed with 2 Passion Flower capsules. I’ll keep the bottle on my night stand because if I wake to use the bathroom, my brain starts being chatty again, so I have to take 2 more. Check with your Dr to make sure it won’t interfere with any serious meds.
