The main complaint hubby had with his previous brand was that the elastic around the leg openings did not feel secure. The fit was loose on his previous brand, which is not desirable for a product like this. TENA proved to be what he wanted. Very pleased. Also, shipping was very fast and arrived in discreet packaging.

I had been using the Amazon basics for over a year which were OK as far as absorbancy, but not 8mpressed with the fit. Tried these, but find them a bit baggy. Also, the ruffles on the sides & rear, remind me of old fashioned ladies bloomers. Switched to Tena's super plus which fit much better.

At long last and after trying several brands and ruining several pairs of pants, I've found the perfect adult diaper for my husband with E.O. Alzheimer's! Unlike Depends, Prevail (which also broke him out), and a few other brands I tried, Tena has a pad that goes up high enough on his backside to contain the mess and protect his clothes. Plus, they're designed better and he immediately liked them better.
